Transferring is free, but an irreversible operation. Once you transfer a ticket, you will no longer have access to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Note<\/strong><br>You could also just forward your ticket email to someone as a simpler alternative to transferring. The ticket will be held under your name, but the recipient can use the unique ticket code for door scanning and online access. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To transfer a ticket:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to your user account and go to the event <\/li><li>Scroll down to the Tickets section, find your ticket and click <kbd>Manager Ticket<\/kbd> button underneath it. <\/li><li>On the pop-up that appears, click the <kbd>Transfer Ticket<\/kbd> button below the ticket code you are transferring. <\/li><li>Search for the user you would like to transfer your ticket to. We recommend searching by the full name (first-name &lt;space> last-name) to make sure you are finding the right person.<\/li><li>Select the recipient and then click <kbd>Confirm<\/kbd><\/li><li>The recipient will receive an email with the ticket code and will also know who transferred the ticket to them<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.hapspot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Transfering-a-Ticket-1.gif\" alt=\"Transfering_a_Ticket.gif\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\"><strong>Important<\/strong><br>Transferring of ticket doesn&#8217;t cause a refund to you.
