However, all refund requests are subject to approval by the event organizer at their sole discretion.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To requesting a refund, you must log-in with your user account. After logging in, go to the event page, click on <kbd>Manage ticket<\/kbd> and then click <kbd>Request refund<\/kbd>. Enter a reason for requesting a refund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/support.hapspot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Request-a-Refund-1.gif\" alt=\"Request_a_Refund.gif\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\"><strong>Note<\/strong><br>If more than 30 days have passed since you made the purchase, you will not be able to request a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your refund request is later approved, you will receive an email confirmation. The full amount of your purchase will go back to your original form of payment.
